Teacher Recognition &
Scholarship Awards Breakfast

Nomination Forms Now Available

Picture
Considering the Coronavirus epidemic, our teachers have been asked to go above and beyond – teaching their lessons via the internet, where they otherwise would be face-to-face with students. We, along with our members and local business community, recognize the importance of education in a classroom setting, and admire the dedication of our educators’ abilities to adapt in such a turbulent time.

The Taunton Area Chamber of Commerce would like to commend our local teachers and encourage you to submit your nominations by filling out the Teacher Recommendation Application below, or download the packet here.

Students pursuing a career in business or a related industry can apply for the Charles E. Volkmann Scholarship, which will also be awarded at the breakfast. Download the application here.

It is the hope of TACC to acknowledge these recommended teachers during our 28th Annual  Teacher Recognition and Scholarship Awards Breakfast, slated for May 22, at Stoneforge Tavern & Restaurant in Raynham, should government regulations permit. If need be, we will reschedule the breakfast for a later date.
