The Taunton Area Chamber of Commerce is a champion of the needs of small business in the communities of Taunton, Raynham, Dighton & Berkley.  We work at the state and local level to influence government action, and within the community to increase your business exposure.  We also work to put you in contact with other businesses that can help your business, and increase your knowledge of the impact of local, state and federal issues on your business.

12th Annual Businesswomen's Celebration

The Taunton Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce that Adrienne Cote will be the guest speaker at the 12th Annual Businesswomen’s Celebration.  The event takes place on Thursday, September 23, 2010 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn - Taunton.  It is being sponsored by Taunton Federal Credit Union , Bridgewater State University, and Boston Apparel Group . 

For the past 30 years Adrienne has worked as an executive in the direct marketing industry, specifically women’s apparel. She has held positions at Talbots, Boston Proper, Chadwicks and Norm Thompson. She was instrumental in the turn around of Casual Living, which was acquired by Boston Apparel Group in February 2010, and in April 2010 she was appointed to the VP-Brand Manager position at Metrostyle.  Adrienne has also worked as a professional actress. She appeared in an off-broadway run of “Late Nite Catechism”, has done several national tours, and a very successful long run in “Menopause the Musical” at the Stuart Street Playhouse in Boston.

In addition to the dinner and guest speaker, there will also be the opportunity to showcase your products and services.  Exhibit space is available for $75/Member and $95/Non-Member.  TACC Members will be given first option for exhibit space.  The deadline for exhibitors is September 10, 2010.  Reserve space now!

The cost to attend the dinner is $40/Member and $50/Non-Member.
